At Gymproluxe, we stand by the quality of our fitness gear; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Gymproluxe packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
